Customer Service

These programs include a set of activities developed in order to coordinate the relations between user, distributor, and manufacturer and each one's respective functions in order to offer complete customer service.

Technical Support

We offer a wide range of technical services developed in order to take your equipment in a proactive way to a level of excellence in capacity and productivity. These programs have the purpose of increasing the durability of your equipment, minimizing wear and premature breakdowns, quickly solving possible setbacks before they result in bigger problems, and reducing the time the machine is stopped.

Training

Programs with the purpose of preparing distributors with the knowledge and skills needed to offer a high-quality service in all aspects, both in maintenance of the equipment as well as the other services for the customer.
